We require the Prep Course to:

  • Ensure knowledge of basic of lifting techniques

  • Establish lifting abilities

  • Obtain physical baseline

  • Promote safety, and injury prevention

  • Workout effectively

  • Interested in joining? But not sure about the prep course? You have a few options.

    *Register for 1:1 Personal Training sessions

    or *1 group CrossFit class* (based on experience*)

* Prep Course is required for all prospect members who are planning to attend our Crossfit/WOD classes. Prep Course consists of 3 private one on one sessions with a coach. During your sessions you will learn the basics of CrossFit fundamental movements and proper lifting techniques.
