STEP 2: PREP COURSE*
We require the Prep Course to:
Ensure knowledge of basic of lifting techniques
Establish lifting abilities
Obtain physical baseline
Promote safety, and injury prevention
Interested in joining? But not sure about the prep course? You have a few options.
*Register for 1:1 Personal Training sessions
or *1 group CrossFit class* (based on experience*)
* Prep Course is required for all prospect members who are planning to attend our Crossfit/WOD classes. Prep Course consists of 3 private one on one sessions with a coach. During your sessions you will learn the basics of CrossFit fundamental movements and proper lifting techniques.
