CrossFit

CrossFit is CrossFit Obsession’s premiere program. The hour long classes are led by professional certified coaches that will make sure you get a challenging workout while staying safe. CrossFit classes will include Bodyweight, Weightlifting and Gymnastics while improving your Cardiovascular system.

At CrossFit Obsession we make it a point to have the best, most qualified coaching in the area. Our coaches have helped hundreds of people accomplish things that they never thought possible. Our coaches are trained in modifying workouts to fit everyone’s abilities. CrossFit is for EVERYONE!

Monday - Friday class times
5:00 am, 6:00 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm

****Free trial classes are available for all class times, except our 4:30pm class****

WEIGHTLIFTING

Our weightlifting classes are focused on developing and improving Olympic Lifting skills by building strength while improving speed, mobility, coordination & core.

Weekday class times
Monday-9:30am, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 pm

STRIKE

Our Striking Class teaches members how to increase overall fitness, core strength, and rotational speed and power by incorporating striking drills into CrossFit workouts. Striking movements are some of the most functional core movements because punching and kicking with true power, speed and accuracy require people to utilize their entire body. This is why fighters are some of the most well-conditioned and powerful athletes in the world.

Class time:
Wednesdays at 8:30am!

CrossFit Obsession Kids

CFO Kids is FUN for all ages. Our game-based programming means we provide a fun and active alternative to TV and video games, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Sign your kids up today!

Summer session is currently FULL! August 8th-September 13th.

Our 6 week program, held Wednesdays & Thursdays! 4:30-5:15p for ages 6-9, and

5:30-6:30pm ages 10+ Choose a once a week option or 2 day a week option!

Winter Session: January 23rd-Feb 28th

Spring Session: March 20th-April 25th

Summer Session: May 15th-June 20th

SWEAT CLASS

Our Sweat class is designed to get your heart rate up and burn CALORIES. If you’re not interested in barbells or heavy lifting but still want to burn fat, build muscle and look good in a bathing suit, then this class is for you. Our one hour class will take you through an effective warm up with class and then a targeted workout. (This class is not coach led)

Free to members,  on-site childcare is availbale  for children 3mo+ in a supervised classroom. Childcare is available at all class times except weekdays at 5:00 am & 6:00 am , and 3:30pm Childcare is not offered during weekend Open gym hours

*Childrens parents must be on site at all times
