STep 1: No sweat Intro
This will give you a chance to see our gym, meet our coaches, and get a general feel for Crossfit Obsession. This is your time to ask questions about CrossFit, types of workout/movements we do, services offered, and/or anything else you’d like to know. Typically these meetings are less than 30 minutes and are one on one with our friendly and knowledgeable coaches.
If you leave your No Sweat Intro feeling motivated and excited, then it’s time for step two.
Step 2: Prep Course
Prep Course is required for all prospect members who are planning to attend our Crossfit/WOD classes. Prep Course consists of 3 private one on one sessions with a coach. During your sessions you will learn the basics of CrossFit fundamental movements and proper lifting techniques.
We require the Prep Course to:
Ensure knowledge of basic of lifting techniques
Establish lifting abilities
Obtain physical baseline
Promote safety, and injury prevention
If you do not want to do the Prep Course at this time, and are interested in joining, you have a few options. Attend 1:1 Personal Training sessions, or 1 group CrossFit class* (based on experience*)

Step 3: membership
