Mission Statement:

At CrossFit Obsession, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our athletes, responsibly coaching them so they may safely & effectively realize their fitness goals.

We are CrossFit through and through. We do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. We keep life’s distractions out of our gym. There are no TV’s, no wasted time on machines and no mirrors. Rather, the machines we use are you. We run. We squat. We press. We pull. We jump. We climb. We laugh. We demonstrate that fitness is about more than just the way you look on a beach. It’s endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and most of all, confidence in yourself.

With this approach to fitness where aesthetics are not the end goal, they are simply by-products of the process.

  1. Integrity. You can expect us to do the right thing for you.

  2. Professionalism. We take being a professional within the gym very seriously, whether it’s a coach, childcare provider, office manager and even our members.

  3. Gratitude. Should you join our gym, we will be very thankful you decided to trust us with your health and fitness goals, and we are confident we can make them happen.

  4. Community. We are a place where people motivate, inspire, congratulate and respect one another.

  5. Commitment. You have our commitment to give 100% to helping you succeed in reaching your goals - and we expect the same commitment from you.

  6. Accountability. We believe holding yourself accountable is one the biggest attributes to seeing success. Our coaches hold themselves accountable to living and working by our core values.

The coaches at CrossFit Obsession care about your overall health and fitness, not just how much weight you can lift or how fast you can go. First gym I’ve been a part of that wouldn’t let me lift as much as I could until my form was spot on.

Once my form improved then and only then would they allow the weight to increase. This is what will keep me advancing in all areas of fitness over the long haul. These coaches truly care about the whole person - not just the numbers on the whiteboard.
