We are CrossFit through and through. We do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. We keep life’s distractions out of our gym. There are no TV’s, and no mirrors. The only machines we use are you. We run. We squat. We press. We pull. We jump. We climb. We laugh.We demonstrate that fitness is about more than just the way you look on a beach. It’s endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and most of all, confidence in yourself.
With this approach to fitness where aesthetics are not the end goal, they are simply by-products of the process.
